Summary

The Office of Inspector General (OIG) is initiating an audit of FAA’s Financial Statements for Fiscal Years 2009 and 2008. This is in accordance with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Bulletin 07–04, Audit Requirements for Federal Financial Statements. The audit will be conducted by an independent, external audit firm, Clifton Gunderson, LLP, subject to OIG oversight; the final report will be presented to OMB by November 15, 2009.
