Click It or Ticket Seat Belt Mobilization Evaluation Reports
Click It or Ticket (CIOT) programs are short-duration, high-visibility enforcement of seat belt laws. The first nationwide program was conducted in May 2003 followed by similar programs during May of each succeeding year.
