The technical disciplines within FLH perform tasks that result in balanced, safe, and innovative roadways that blend into or enhance the existing environment. The resources are grouped by: Design, those related to the development of projects culminating in the preparation of the Plans, Specification, and Estimate (PS&E) package; and Construction, those related to the completion of the project in the field.
