Presentations from two transit ITS workshops are now available. Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) in an Integrated Corridor Management (ICM) Environment and Mobility on Demand

New York State DOT and its partners are planning for a new integrated corridor management (ICM) traffic management environment alongside a new regional bus rapid transit (BRT) system. The objective of this workshop is to provide a common understanding of BRT and to highlight best practices in deploying BRT within the context of ICM.

Mobile technology, shared-use economy, on-demand mobility services, and big data play critical roles in the mobility on demand (MOD) space that is rapidly transforming mobility. The objective of this workshop is to engage and promote dialogue between public transportation organizations and operators, technology companies, paratransit and other partners in the MOD world.
