Some books may be taken out for a week, single copy versions of work done by Central Midlands may not be taken out. Most of our books are in hard copy however some recent reports may be available digitally. Copies can be made at .50 per 8.5 x 11 page or $1.00 for a 11 x 17. Our hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Viewing facilities are limited.

We are a small Regional Planning Agency serving a four county area (Fairfield, Lexington, Newberry and Richland Counties) in South Carolina. Our main focus is on Aging, Planning, CDBG Grants and Transportation. Most of our library includes published reports that we have written since opening 40 years ago.
