A patient-specific treatment plan is developed for every patient, only after detailed multi-specialty consultation among our surgeons, cardiologists, and pulmonologists. Our board-certified surgeons perform state-of-the-art cardiac and thoracic procedures, including minimally invasive valve surgery, endovascular repair of aneurysms, and robotic lung resection. Our dedicated staff takes pride in our ‘team approach’ to delivering care, which has resulted in the service surpassing quality benchmarks in all facets of our specialty. Our staff includes clinic manager and administrative personnel, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and military staff, managing outpatient care. Once patients are admitted for surgery, a highly-trained staff of specialists will ensure the highest quality of care available. This team consists of dedicated intensive care and operating room nurses who specialize in the care of cardiothoracic surgical patients, experienced operating room personnel and perfusion technologists utilizing the most advanced equipment and techniques, and cardiovascular anesthesiologists who provide the full spectrum of anesthesia care, including intraoperative echocardiographic monitoring and epidural pain control after surgery.
