Establishes the Marine Corps Marine Intercept Program (MIP) and identifies basic roles and responsibilities for the program. The MIP supports commanders by ensuring those marines and sailors identified with suicidal ideation or suicide attempt, per a Serious Incident Report (SIR)/Personnel Casualty Report (PCR), receive follow-up contact and necessary service coordination.
