Anthony Holmes during his visit to U.S. Africa Command December 17, 2009, where he held talks with AFRICOM Commander General William E. Ward and other senior U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) officials. This was part of broader travel plans this week that included visits to Khartoum and Juba, Sudan, and to Brussels.
