Shuttle and Taxi Services on West Point

The shuttle service, CPA Express, is free to everyone on or visiting West Point. This includes but is not limited to Soldiers, Cadets, employees, contractors and visitors. While this service is available to all, priority will be given to official business passengers. The shuttle is available between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday except federal holidays.

The shuttle arrives and departs from its seven different locations approximately every 15 minutes and the last shuttle departs from the Library Corner at 6 p.m. For a more convenient way to track the shuttle, download the app to your smart phone or tablet:

The West Point Taxi service is for official business only. It is available for West Point; staff, faculty, Soldiers and civilian employees. It is an on demand service and runs from 7:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except federal holidays. The average wait time is 25 minutes.
