ACCRA, Ghana - Members of the Ghanaian military brief slides during U.S. Africa Command's Open Source Engagement Team (OET) CAPSTONE exercise, June 14, 2012. During the week-long engagement, David Webb, U.S. AFRICOM J2 OET, and Chris Kupec, U.S. AFRICOM J2 Molesworth, demonstrated basic and advanced Open Source Intelligence techniques to 21 students from the Ghanaian Army, Navy and Air Force.
