2. Local one-stop career centers
Exactly how it sounds, these centers are your personal one-stop shop to help you develop job search skills, find a job and figure out if you're eligible for unemployment benefits. They also provide education and training options, including financial aid and other public assistance programs.
3. Department of Veterans Affairs offices
VA will give you with all the information you need on your benefits in the VA Benefits Briefing.
4. County Department of Social Services
Go to your county office to learn more about public assistance programs.
5. Private welfare-to-work agencies
