What People Say About the T2 Mood Tracker App

Nothing’s more persuasive than a review from someone who’s actually used a product. Here at T2, we welcome comments from those who use our free psychological health apps, even to let us know that a feature doesn’t work right or that a new update made their data vanish (oops—sorry!). We need that type of information so we can fix things and make our products better. But we love hearing about when things work, and when our apps help people’s lives. This week we continue a series of blogs featuring what people like about T2’s apps.

The T2 Mood Tracker app can be used to monitor emotional health by tracking moods and behaviors right when they happen. By seeing how your life is affected over time by your thoughts, behaviors and moods; changes at home or at work; and everyday experiences, you can begin to identify trends or specific triggers. Practical features let users save data in easy-to-understand graphs and also save results to their home computer. While particularly helpful when used along with cognitive behavioral therapy, many find this app useful just for personal awareness. And it’s with you on your phone wherever you go.

“It's a very helpful app. I depend on it to keep track of my moods, to be mindful of how I am feeling.”

“Love app but minor issue with graphs. When I use graphs and turn my phone sideways it crashes. Also thank you for making this. It helped me discover my 6-8 week depression cycle. So you have helped at least one person.”

“Great App I have tried a few different tracker apps and like this one by far. It's simple easy to use and allows for easy reports.”

“Good for CBT mood monitoring If you're doing cognitive behavioral therapy, this is a great way to track your daily moods to assess progress.”

“Good app-simple & helpful tool. I havent had any issues with the app crashing. I like that categories can be added.”

“Great Love ability to customize. Information is useful and enlightening”
