Hawaii Judicial Circuit
The Hawaii District is responsible for all Navy and Marine Corps courts-martial conducted in the State of Hawaii and the country of Australia.

There is one military judge assigned to the Circuit who presides over courts-martial within the Circuit. The Circuit Military Judge or Senior Judge for the Hawaii District approves assignment of military judges to a court-martial.

The clerk of court duties are performed by enlisted Navy and Marine Corps personnel who handle all administrative matters related to the assignment and scheduling of courts-martial at all installations within the circuit.

Docket
The docket promulgates the court schedule. The docket is subject to changes prior to the scheduled session of court and may be modified only by a military judge detailed to the case upon motion or otherwise. Questions or issues concerning a case on the docket should be addressed to the Clerk of Court. Circuit Rules of Court
The Western Pacific Judicial Circuit Court Rules of Practice and Procedure are incorporated into the Navy Marine Corps Trial Judiciary Rules of Practice and Procedure. All military and civilian counsel appearing within the Western Judicial Circuit are expected to be familiar with and comply with these rules.
