SAC Training and Readiness Department is responsible for planning, executing and monitoring unit and individual training requirements for all U.S. insterests in the Region and around Singapore. The Training and Readiness Director serves as the principal advisor to the Commander, Singapore Area Coordinator on all matters concerning staff readiness and regional training objectives concerning exercises, drills, including unit and individual training requirements.
