Defense Health Program Budget Carryover FY2014 This letter provides notification of the transfer offunds from the Fiscal Year 2014 Defense Health Program Operation and Maintenance Private Sector Care Budget Activity Group in the amount of $153,964,000. These funds are being transferred for the sustainment, restoration, and modernization of medical facilities for the U.S. Army Medical Command, U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, and the U.S. Air Force Medical Service. 1/22/2015
