Eligibility is based upon service component guidance to the Reserve Health Readiness program. Physical exams are only offered in-clinic.

The exam consists of the following:
- A self-reported health history
- Measurement and documentation of vitals (height, weight, BP, vision, etc. )
- Review of current medical conditions with healthcare provider
- Identification and examination of potential health risks
- Collection and analysis of lab specimens (as required)
- Recommendations for improvement of identified health conditions and to minimize potential health risks
