Continuous Process Improvement (CPI)

Vision Statement:

CPI will be recognized as the primary methodology by which we conduct and continually improve the way we do business. "Continuous Process Improvement will be a key enabler to reduce Total Ownership Costs (TOC), improve program performance, and deliver quality products and expertise to our customers, today and in the future".

Mission Statement:

To support Logistics and Industrial Operations with the infrastructure, people, tools, and processes to institutionalize, sustain, and align CPI activities throughout the organization. CPI will be embedded in our culture to enable the warfighter the right readiness, at the right time, and the right cost.

CPI Strategic Goals:

CPI Strategic Goals are directly aligned with those of the DoD, CNO, USMC, NAE, and NAVAIR. These goals are focused on improving current readiness, future capability, and the people in all areas. The key enables us to achieve the goals of all stakeholders are to have better business practices, establish an enterprise culture, have better communication, provide technical, business, and leadership excellence through a Competency Aligned Organization (CAO) / Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment by utilizing continuous process improvement.
