Your costs when using TRICARE Standard Overseas depend on your sponsor's military status:
Annual Outpatient Deductible
Cost sharing begins after you meet your annual deductible each fiscal yearOctober 1 - September 30.

*You won't need to meet your annual outpatient deductible if the Guard/Reserve sponsor is activatedCalled or ordered to active duty service for more than 30 days in a row. for more than 30 days in support of a contingency operation.
