NGIS lodging reservations are available in DTS. The DTS interface provides an opportunity for our military and civilian travelers to maximize use of government lodging and support saving travel dollars.
NGIS ensures that Navy travelers’ needs are met with Commercial Hotel Partnerships! At select locations NGIS has partnered with commercial hotels offering rates at or below per diem while providing safe and secure lodging that meets DoD Lodging Standards. Navy military TDY travelers are required to utilize DoD lodging, if available. When DoD lodging is not available, NGIS will accommodate travelers at a commercial hotel partners, if available, or will issue a Certificate of Non-Availability (CNA ).
We are conveniently located! Eligible guests may visit the Navy Exchange. Navy Community Recreation provides information and discount ticket service for tours, shows, concerts and sporting events on-base, as well as in the local community. They also provide outdoor recreation, green space, outdoor equipment rentals and more. In addition, fitness centers, swimming pools, golf courses, beaches and movie theaters may be available.
