Reengineering our Health IT Research and Innovation Strategy
Today, our focus is on improving the way we develop our strategy for health information technology (IT) research and innovation. This involves finding innovative ways to protect, support, and advance the health and welfare of our military family. Finding faster ways to deploy health IT solutions—both stateside and on the battlefield—will support improving patient outcomes and experiences.
Working closely with the DHA's Research, Development, and Acquisition (RDA) Directorate and the Military Health System (MHS) Innovation office, all health IT related research and innovation efforts are coordinated and executed under the DHA's Health IT Directorate.
