Individuals who are unable to attend the DCS/teleconference can view a recorded session at any time within the GCSS-Army Training and Certification system (GTRAC). Conduct SAMS-Ev1 to PBUSE serial number reconciliation with EDMO portal and validate that the most current catalog is loaded on STAMIS as well as the MMDF is loaded on SAMS-Ev1. Also validate SAMS-E/IE ERC code match the authorization document (MTO&E)
Ensure weapon systems/sub-systems are properly configured in SAMS-Ev1.

Access LIW and scrub the "PBUSE Reject Report".

Validate authorization document (MTO&E/TDA) with authoritative systems.
Obtains the installation NEC POC and provides contact info to ASC HQs.
ASC conducts GCSS-A Kick-Off D-240 brief with Key Personnel and ASC LNO monitors and provides assistance to DOL.

First GCSS-Army Advance Lead User Training conducted from 25 to 29 June, 2012. Attending were personnel from NGB, USARC, TRADOC, ASC.
GCSS-Army Materiel Management Training at Fort Bragg from 11-14 June 2012. Attending were students from USASOC, USARC and FORSCOM.
From 23 to 26 July 2012, Level II/III Materiel Management training was provided to the ARNG at the PEC in Little Rock Arkansas.
From 26-28 February, soldiers and civilians from Fielding Groups 7 and 8 participated in Advanced Leader User Training (ALUT).
Personnel from USAQMS, ALU, ARNG and USARC participate in the second iteration of Instructor and Key Personnel Training (IKPT).
COL Darrell Butters, USPFO , Alabama ARNG signs a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) following the successful implementation of GCSS-Army.
CW5 (R) Will Pierce receives the Kentucky Colonel award from COL Michael Sutton following the GCSS-Army implementation in the Kentucky ARNG.
Warrant Officer Advanced Course (WOAC) Class Number 2013-002 receives GCSS-Army Materiel Management Training at Army Logistics University.
From 23-25 April, soldiers and civilians from HQ DA, HQ AMC, and CASCOM participated in the eighth iteration of GCSS-Army Advance Leader User Training (ALUT) in Petersburg, VA.
