Mission Statement:
Develops, disseminates, and implements theater logistics plans, policies, procedures while providing CSS coordination and staff supervision to support Army, Joint, and Multi-national requirements in the JOA during full spectrum operations; provides direct CSS to the forward deployed MILGRPs; deploys as a J4 for a JTF or JFLCC.
