Western Regional Medical Command

Mission: To provide and coordinate all diagnostic imaging services required by our customers in a timely manner insuring interpretations are made readily available to the referring clinicians to assist in patient management. To remain proficient and maintain an effective/efficient military readiness through training on a daily basis.

Scope of Practice: Radiology Services for Bassett Army Hospital provide for 24 hour a day, 7 days a week radiology imaging services. The department provides an imaging department, which include accredited Mammography section, Ultrasound, CT, Fluoroscopy, and diagnostic exams. Routine scheduled exams Monday through Friday 0730-1600. Emergency exams 24 hours a day.
