Parenting
Women's Pain and Depression:
Anger Management:
This group focuses on events an cues, anger control plan, aggression cycle, assertiveness, conflict resolution and anger in the family. The group is open to male and female active duty Soldiers only. Meets Thursday 9 a. m. to 10:30 a. m. Call 502-626-6188 to arrange attendance.

The Women’s Group will focus on women’s issues such as boundaries, appropriate assertiveness, communication skills and self-care. Group is for Active Duty Female Soldiers. Meets Tuesdays 2:30 p. m. to 4 p. m. Call 502-626-6188 to arrange attendance.
Guided Relaxation:
Warrior Wellness:
Learn basic Yoga techniques, build strength and balance, gain flexibility, improve mindfulness and use relaxation techniques such as progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) and guided visualization. This is an open group and all are welcome. Meets Monday through Thursday 3 p. m. to 4 p. m. Call 502-626-6188 to arrange attendance.

EBH 101:
An introductory class for all Soldiers receiving services with the Embedded Behavioral Health Team (EBHT). The goals are to acquaint the Soldier with expectation of Soldiers and therapists, what EBHT can and cannot do for the Soldier. Meets Wednesday from 9 a. m. to 10:30 a. m. Intensive Outpatient Group (IOP):
IOP Step Down Group:
The step down group was created in order to fill the gap after one had completed IOP but still needed group. The idea of expanding this group is to fill the gap of those who may not need IOP but need something in addition to individual therapy and medication management. It is now open to all who have served --both active as well as retired. It is for those who can benefit from healing within a community. Our emphasis is on no judgment, just understanding. We cover topics such as relationship issues, combat related issues as well as other trauma issues, coping skills related to depression and anxiety as well as what emerges from the group as a topic to be explored. Patients are referred by a provider in DBH. Group meets Mondays and Thursdays from 2:30 p. m. to 4 p. m. Talk to your provider about being referred. By referral only.
