Tired Force Excelling, Service Secretaries Say

Army Secretary Eric Fanning was joined by Navy Secretary Ray Mabus and Air Force Secretary Deborah Lee James during a panel discussion moderated by CNN Pentagon correspondent Barbara Starr at the Center for a New American Security, where all three service secretaries proclaimed that the United States is ready to fight.
