The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) at Soto Cano Air Base is part of the U.S. Army Expeditionary Contracting Command (ECC), and reports directly to the 410th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), based in San Antonio, Texas. The RCO consists of U.S. Air Force contracting officers, U.S. Army DoD civilians and Honduran foreign service nationals.
The RCO is responsible for contract actions directly supporting Soto Cano AB, including the Base Operations Support Services and 22 other service contracts. RCO Soto Cano supports a wide range of customers to include Joint Task Force - Bravo, Army Support Activity, 612th Air Base Squadron, Joint Security Forces, Medical Element, 1-228th Aviation Regiment, SkyWatch, MILGRP, US Army South and Special Operations Command South.
RCO Soto Cano performs more than 300 contract actions per year in the purchasing of a wide variety of commodities from information technology products to basic building supplies, maintaining service contracts ranging from cellular service, chapel services, postal services, medical services to long-range, line-haul services.
Mission:
Plan, execute and provide both enduring and contingency contracting support for Joint Task Force-Bravo and Soto Cano AB in support of US Army South and Joint Operations throughout the AOR.

A joint-combined 410th Contracting Support Brigade team of highly-skilled and customer-focused military, civilian and Honduran contracting professionals dedicated to supporting the Central America area of responsibility, Joint Task Force-Bravo, Soto Cano AB and its partners through sound business advice and continuous improvement in contracting support.
