Centralization
Before GEARS was available, people had to e-mail documents
back and forth, spreading multiple copies of the same files all
over the place. GEARS solves this problem by keeping your files
together in one place.
|
 |
Automation
Simply create a packet, add your files, then tell GEARS who
you want the packet to route to (in the order you want) and
it’ll take care of the rest.
|

|
Security
Even though packets are centralized for ease of management,
they are only able to be accessed by the people and groups that
are added to the automated route.
|

|
Tracking
Being able to keep track of all your packets is easy in
GEARS with the simple interface it provides. You can quickly see
the status of your packets and even who it is currently assigned
to.
