Range Overview

With just over 33,000 acres at Camp Atterbury and an additional 1,000 acres at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, Atterbury-Muscatatuck offers a variety of range assets and training areas to train the whole of military and government to accomplish missions as directed.

The following training facilities are available through Atterbury-Muscatatuck:

  • 24 basic markmanship ranges
  • 5 collective live-fire ranges
  • 3 direct fire gunnery ranges
  • 83 indirect firing points: 16 mortars, 67 artillery, 5 operation points
  • 2 demolition ranges
