Military Identification Cards

Dependent ID cards, Retiree ID cards and all branches of the military ID cards can be made at bldg. 647.  Persons getting a new or replacement ID card MUST bring 2 forms of ID and one must be a State or DOD issued ID.  A secondary form of ID can be a birth certificate, social security card, student ID, or another secondary photo ID.  If an ID card has expired or is getting ready to expire, it can be renewed only if it is within 30 days of the expiration date.
