Critical Exercise 16-2, was sponsored by the Indiana Department of Homeland Security, Indiana Office of Technology, and the Indiana National Guard.  The event, which is the first of its kind, brought together 2 federal agencies, 8 state agencies and 15 private sector organizations.  The exercise is formulated to explore the intersection between critical infrastructure and cyber security. Partnerships between the government agencies and private organizations made now will help prevent major incidents in the future. 

The cyber training that happened at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center in Indiana could mean the difference between a safe water supply for Americans and a successful terrorist hacking attack.
