Office of the Chaplain

The U.S. Army Japan’s Chaplain’s Office advises the commanding general and staff on all aspects of religious support in the USARJ area of responsibility. Additionally, the command chaplain serves as the senior chaplain for all U.S. Army Unit Ministry Teams (UMTs) assigned to Japan including those on Honshu and Okinawa.
