804th Medical Brigade

The 804th Medical Brigade exercises command and control of thirteen USAR Medical units, of which, nine are designated as high priority, Force Support Package, FSP-A1 units. 

All thirteen units are dispersed throughout New England and include the 287th Dental Company, 309th Combat Support Hospital, 314th Minimal Care Detachment, 338th Minimal Care Detachment, 378th Minimal Care Detachment, 399th Combat Support Hospital, 402 Forward Surgical Team, 405th Combat Support Hospital, 455th Dental Company, 794th Preventive Medicine Detachment, 883rd Combat Stress Company, 912th Forward Surgical Team, and the 947th Forward Surgical Team.
