The Sports Medicine staff performs initial evaluation, consultation, diagnosis and treatment planning of a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Patients gain access to our Sports Medicine clinic by receiving a referral from their primary physician. After receiving the initial referral, you can book an initial appointment through central appointments. You can then book follow-up appointments through central appointments or the clinic itself. When booking your appointment, you will be instructed to wear appropriate attire to the appointment, i.e. the service member’s physical fitness uniform or sweats clothing for civilians; however, patients may change into appropriate attire in exam rooms prior to meeting with one of our physicians.
