The Trusted Access Program Office (TAPO) Foundry clients can apply for access to testing capabilities through the contract with GLOBAL FOUNDRIES US2 (GFUS2). These capabilities include testing at the wafer and module level. As a separate service, the client can request help with acquiring GFUS2 testing after completing an online Customer Request Form. Note that testing services are not bundled with any other offerings. This is a stand-alone service. Additionally, testing solutions made available under this contract can support classified, trusted and itar programs. All customers with the need for secure parts testing should contact TAPO directly and request further assistance. The typical client engagement process for receiving testing services is as follows:

1. TAPO client requests testing services when completing a online Customer Request Form. For access to a form, one must register for a TAPO website account. To apply, select "Login" from the "Home" menu. The "Need to Register" link is located at the bottom of the Login page.
2. TAPO will submit on behalf of the client a general Statement of Work (SOW) put together by the client and a packaging questionnaire to GFUS2 Program Management.
3. GFUS2 reviews the initial proposal and questionnaire. During the sizing effort, GFUS2 may determine that they cannot meet the necessary requirements and reserves the right not to quote the service.
4. If GFUS2 approves the general SOW, GFUS2 provides a technical contact to both TAPO and the client with the task to generate a full set of technical requirements in a refined SOW for GFUS2 sizing.
5. At completion of the sizing, TAPO will provide a formal quote for the services to the client for acceptance.

TAPO has enlisted the services of the Defense Microelectronics Activity group to certify and accredit all trusted foundries and suppliers (design, aggregators/brokers, masks, assembly, packaging, and testing).
