G8 - Financial Management
The G-8 assesses the commander's area of responsibility to determine the best COA for use of resources. This includes both core functions of financial management (resource management and finance operations). This officer determines partner relationships (joint, interagency, intergovernmental, and multinational), requirements for special funding, and support to the procurement process.
