G1 - Administration
The G-1 assesses the personnel aspect of building and maintaining the combat power of units. This officer identifies potential shortfalls and recommends COAs to ensure units maintain adequate manning to accomplish their mission. The personnel officer estimates potential personnel battle losses and assesses the adequacy of resources to provide human resources support for the operation.
