Neil C. Robinson, Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest Special Projects program manager, was recognized as Navy Region Southwest 2015 Civilian of the Year during a presentation March 16 in San Diego by Rear Adm. Mark. K. Rich, Navy Region Southwest commander.

SAN DIEGO – Three members of Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southwest High Voltage Shop were recognized with command coins from NAVFAC Commander & Chief of Civil Engineers Rear Adm. Bret Muilenburg during a presentation in San Diego on Jan 21 for their work to restore power after multiple outages caused by El Nino storms in early January.
