One of the most important pre-move actions you can take is to request a sponsor. If you haven't already done so, please contact your losing installation for instructions on completeing the electronic Sponsorship Program Form (DA Form 5434) and email it to usarmy.stewart.usag.mbx.dhr-sponsorship@mail.mil. or complete the form in the Army Career Tracker at https://actnow.army.mil. if you are a part of the TASP Pilot Program.
Your request will be forwarded to your gaining unit/agency and the designated sponsor will contact you by email or via the ACT system with information about your new unit/agency, Fort Stewart/Hunter Army Airfield, and our surrounding communities. We highly recommend that you visit our Team Stewart internet site at www.stewart.army.mil where you will find first-hand information regarding housing, schools, MWR and many other installation activities. After arriving, Soldiers and DA Civilians are required to complete a Sponsorship In-processing survey: http://www.myarmyonesource.com/inprocessing, or if you are a part of the TASP pilot program you will complete the survey on your Army Career Tracker at https://actnow.army.mil.
