Fort McCoy Housing Division

The Fort McCoy Housing Office is available to assist all active-duty Soldiers and Family members assigned to Fort McCoy on Permanent Change-of-Station orders.

Services include Family Housing provided in single-Family government quarters, Single Soldier Housing and Housing Referral Services for local community living.

Family Housing: 55 three- and four-bedroom homes are located approximately 10 minutes from the cantonment area. Visit https://www.housing.army.mil/ah/ for additional information, photos, and floor plans. Soldiers must submit a copy of orders, a DD Form 1746 (Application for Housing) and a DA Form 31 (Request and Authority for Leave) to be added to the housing waitlist.

Single Soldier Housing: Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) is available for bonafide bachelors assigned to Fort McCoy. Single Soldiers at the rank of sergeant (E5) and below are required to live in UPH on post. Geographical bachelors can contact the Directorate of Family Morale Welfare and Recreation for information about available apartments at www.mccoymwr.com.

Referral Services: Families and individuals desiring to rent a home in the local communities can visit www.AHRN.com for available listings.

The Fort McCoy Housing Office is open 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The office is located in building 2168.
