The Employment Engagement Team is a joint initiative of the Indiana National Guard and the Indiana Department of Veterans Affairs (IDVA) to coordinate/provide resources and assistance to our Service Members, Veterans and their dependants. Each MACOM has a Contracted Employment Specialist imbedded with Career Counselors.  

The Employment Engagement Team and IDVA services include: Claims assistance, employment services, education, family assistance and care that will extensively improve the quality of life for all Indiana Veterans and their families.
