Description

Assists Government customer with reviewing, monitoring, assessing, analyzing and reporting on Army Science and Technology (S&T;) initiatives focused in the Lethality portfolio capability area. Researches, supports, and understands the critical analysis of current and emerging Army requirements, necessary weapon and lethality technologies and trends, their associated programs, and their innovative enablers. Aids in generating data, collecting data, conducting coordination, collaboration, and communication across DOD/Army Science and Technology, user requirements, and acquisition communities. Provides written and oral assessments of current status, projected maturity, and viability of programs and their ability to meet identified gaps and needs. Provides analyses to enable informed decisions by senior leaders to shape Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E;) efforts and investments. Assists in developing tools that inform senior leadership by providing appropriate insight across the life-cycle with a strategic view on the Lethality portfolio and associated programs. Utilizes proficiency in business processes, engineering principles, Army acquisition methods and procedures, and strategic planning. Utilizes excellent oral and written communication skills to craft information papers, briefings, oral responses and updates for senior leaders on current issues related to weapons lethality and effects, or other assigned topics. **Required** * BS or BA in related field * Minimum 5 years related experience in DOD/Army lethality areas * Experience in DOD/Army Acquisition and/or Science and Technology programs * Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint * Approximately 25% travel * Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance **Desired** * MS or MA in related field **Necessary Competencies** * Honesty, superior ethics * Interpersonal savvy, excellent communication skills * Ability to be a team player * Initiative * Positive attitude * Professionalism **Life at _INTUITIVE_®** **Awards:** _INTUITIVE_’s many awards showcase our success at building a professional and well-rounded culture of excellence.
