Description

Provides navigation, communication, network, surveillance, and aviation system engineering experience and technology innovation to Army solutions. Manages the technical aspects of the navigation, communication, and/or surveillance products including the system engineering process, technical management of program progress, reviews, test and evaluation, and the output of the technical team. Ensures all technical activities are identified, executed and documented. Reviews and filters technology opportunities, promising activities, and technical gaps based upon projected capability needs. Coordinates the technical performance of the project through control activities including reviews, metrics data collection, identifying corrective actions and ensuring implementation. Develops and executes risk management activities. Identifies and tracks risks associated with program interfaces, development, and integration/test activities. Reports project technical status and progress to the technical and programmatic staff. Utilizes proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. **Required** * BS degree in related technical field * Minimum 5 years experience with navigation, surveillance, and communication products * Experience with the complete System Engineering Lifecycle * Knowledge of the Army acquisition process * Approximately 25% travel * Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance **Desired** * AN/ARC-231 Radio, AN/ARC-220 High Frequency (HF) radio, and/or communications satellite expertise * AN/ASN-128D and/or EGI H-764 navigation systems (GPS and Doppler GPS) expertise * Modeling and Simulation experience * Test evaluation, management, and coordination experience **Necessary Competencies** * Honesty, superior ethics * Interpersonal savvy, excellent communication skills * Ability to be a team player * Initiative * Positive attitude * Professionalism **Life at_ INTUITIVE_®** **Awards:** _ INTUITIVE_’s many awards showcase our success at building a professional and well-rounded culture of excellence.
