Non-Prior Service Airman Chain of Command:
When you encounter a problem, address it with your chain of command. All issues are best addressed at the lowest possible level. If your chain of command is not able to resolve your issue, other agencies are available to you, such as a chaplain, Military Equal Opportunity (MEO), Family Advocacy, and Inspector General (IG) are also available to help you reach a solution.
If you must see someone higher in the chain of command, your MTL will make an appointment for you to see the appropriate senior staff member. Each level in the chain is responsible for a lower level and accountable to a higher one. The chain of command cannot work without loyalty at each level. Everyone in the military plays a role in the chain of command and must use it properly. Do not apply the "shotgun" approach in an attempt to obtain the answer you desire.
