• MST Presidio of Monterey Free Shuttle Bus Service Program The MST Presidio of Monterey free shuttle bus service program is open to all Presidio of Monterey and Ord Military Community service members as well as DoD civilians, at no charge whatsoever. Whether you’re headed to work, school, shopping or meeting friends, MST will take you there. MST provides bus service to the greater Monterey and Salinas areas as far south as Paso Robles and Big Sur and as far north as Santa Cruz and San Jose. Enrollment takes 5 minutes. Individuals may visit building 614, room 119 for immediate sign up, while-you-wait.
