Contacting the Service Desk
Please remember to include all your pertinent employee information. This will allow the Service Desk agent to better assist you and to keep your record up-to-date. This information should include:
- Your activity or RSS
- UIC (N00367)
- City and state
- Department and/or code
- Building and bay location
- Commercial and DSN phone numbers
- Userid
Service Desk reports are available upon request.
