The Request for Information (RFP) process can be used to conduct market research.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) process can be used to request proposals from the CHESS ITES-2S or ITS-SB Vendors.

RFP

The Reverse Auction process can be used to request quotes from the CHESS ADMC-2, MFD, and ITES-SW Vendors by having them compete with alternating lower priced bids.

Statement of Non-Availability(SoNA)

The Request for Quote (RFQ) process can be used to request quotes from the CHESS ADMC-2, ITES-3H, MFD, and ITES-SW Vendors.
