Competitive Edge Services, Inc. is better known as "Corporate Gray." This veteran-owned small business helps transitioning service members, military spouses, and veterans connect with employers in print, in person, and online - through books, job fairs, and databases of resumes and job postings.

Dozens of employers sponsor the print publication, The Military-to-Civilian Transition Guide, which is provided for free to everyone who leaves active duty through more than 200 military transition offices. Through this annual publication, employers communicate their willingness to employ job seekers from the military community. These companies include large Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, government agencies, and educational institutions.  

The Corporate Gray "Military Friendly" Job Fairs are held in Northern Virginia and Virginia Beach. Held 8 times each year, these events are free for candidates and are open to all members of the military community. Featuring dozens of companies and hundreds of job seekers, these job fairs provide candidates with face-to-face opportunities with recruiters from many types of industries. Employers may have local, regional, nationwide, or worldwide job openings.

Corporate Gray Online is a military-focused website that allows job seekers to post resumes and search for employment opportunities at no charge. Employers who are interested in hiring members of the military community post their job openings and search for resumes on this site.
