168th Regiment, Regional Training Institute (RTI)
At the 168th Regiment Regional Training Institute (RTI), we train the Army's future leaders. We are a Regional Training Institute of Excellence (RTIoE) located on Fort Carson in Colorado Springs, Colorado, right at the base of the majestic Rocky Mountains.
Our courses are focused on leadership. The main courses we teach at the RTI are:
