This publications library web site is created and maintained by the NGB Publications Management Center. Publications
Publications on this site are applicable to the National Guard Bureau, to include the ARNG, ANG and the Joint Staff. Proponents should not be releasing publications directly to the field for implementation. Publications are approved for release only after final editing by the ARNG or ANG Pubs Editor. Please contact us if a publication date does not match this site, or you have a publication not listed on this site. For questions pertaining to publication content, please contact the proponent directly for clarification.
National Guard Bureau Forms
NGB forms are specific to the Army National Guard and Air National Guard as dictated by the issuance of the National Guard Service. These forms are managed in accordance with the Information Management Publishing and Printing regulations outlined in DoD guidance and DA Pam 25-40.

Letterheads
The Chief, National Guard Bureau has directed the use of National Guard letterhead. Electronic letterhead templates are being made available for use with Microsoft Word. If you need further assistance on how to use the templates, please contact us via email at ng.me.mearng.list.ngbpdc@mail.mil.

Please refer to NG Pam 25-31/ANGI 33-360, Administrative Guidance for the Receipt of NGB Publications and Blank Forms, dated May 2006. This pamphlet establishes policy, procedures, and guidance for account management; requisition and distribution of materials; indexes and bulletins; and component listings, as associated with the Publications Management Center.
