The Proponency Office is responsible for assisting the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Financial Management & Comptroller) (ASA[FM&C]) and the Military Deputy for Budget with proponent oversight and management of the BC36 Financial Management and the Comptroller Civilian Career Program (CP-11).
